We put a rock in it to give critters a less-slick footing to drink from. It was a very hot dry spell when I took this. And yes, an older image, zoomed along with a couple of others taken close to the same time but different from each other. One bee was clinging to the birdbath edge, proboscis in the water, and it’s body looked about to burst from drinking! 😁 Both were zoomed.
