The future isn't the $ for individual sales but the value of the complete portfolio. I have a small set that I keep mum about, because they're just about the only images you can get out of the subject without going similar crazy, responsible for getting on for 10% of my revenue on A. Allan It depends, Allan. There are infringement payments and infringement payments. Not all of them are at the price quoted. Mine were just usages not cleared on time and I got them nearly a year later. It's a nice feeling in the end, but you need to fight for it... Sally Posted March 1 Share Posted March 1 (edited) Two $210 gross infringement licenses recently, and I know of at least one other Alamy contributor who also got the same for the same article which used images never licensed and which I reported. A well-known U.K. organisation who has done this sort of thing repeatedly. Of course, the sales still have to clear……my last infringement was reduced (more than six months after it was first invoiced and by several hundred dollars) and still hasn’t cleared more than six weeks later.
