0 John Mitchell
Very sorry to hear this sad news. I never met John except on this forum, but he struck me as being a spiritual person, which often has little or nothing to do with having traditional religious beliefs. Happy to know that John passed away peacefully and without pain.

0 gvallee
Very very sad. I always admired his wit and loved his sense of humour. His 5 year stint in his motorhome intrigued me. Doing some deep thinking perhaps? RIP John.
0 Jill Morgan
It does make you stop and think. All these people you meet on forums and then one day you notice they aren't there anymore. I know one day that will be me. Mortality. It sucks. My kindest wishes to his family and friends. May they always have memories that keep him alive forever.
0 Betty LaRue
I think John lived life his way & enjoyed every moment of it. That’s all anyone can hope for & do. Make the best of your life, pursue the things that bring you joy. Frank Sinatra’s song, “My Way” might could be John’s theme song. I love it that he enjoyed listening to the birdsong right up to the end.
