John Morrison - you okay?

Visiting a few of his images, it appears he was still photographing at least in near mid November. Perhaps even later.

It makes me think of my own mortality, which I find I do more often these days.
Things can change rapidly in this old world.

Ditto, especially since we have both lived in the Calder Valley and both appreciated the alternative culture that thrives there.

I've never heard of Calder Valley, but chances are I'd like it too.

John Morrison recently had stroke, is in hospice & terminally ill.
Some of us want to show we appreciate him by each licensing one of his images.
It appears the lowest price is $19.99US personal use.
Is it possible to set up one non-controversial image at lower rate?
We understand Alamy will still take share.
Here are John Morrison's images AFAICT:

Please advise.  Thanks in advance.  regards jg

John Morrison lived in Hebden Bridge some years ago. I currently live a couple of miles down the road.

Thanks for the geography / sociology lesson. It sounds like a complicated patch of Merrie Olde England.

I've been busy recently and have only just seen this thread regarding John, so sorry to hear the news.

For some time I've been stopping for an hour or two at Hebden Bridge whenever I'm driving up to my sisters near Skipton.

My sympathies. Old friends are hard to do without. I hope the memories are sweet.

I've just clicked on the link, and on a number of images, and all those I clicked on are available for PU at £9.99

Hope that helps .....

I think I'm a bit confused, as now I've seen the Alamy response, so am unsure about the above message (am easily confused ... ).

Anyway, at least the images can be licensed as PU.

Dear @Alamy, Yesterday I was able to click the above link (to John Morrison's page) and could see the images. Today I am sent in a loop - to 'register an account' (I already have one), then quickly through to my own contributors page. Please could you look at this, as I visited today with the intent to buy one of John's pictures ....

as a stock photographer, I want to honor him by licensing one of his stock photos;
its symbolic, maybe its silly, maybe someone will let him know, maybe not;
does anyone else? what is lowest priced non-plan single license using credit card?
am not actually going to use image...
(yes, agency benefits most, but...)
oddly, I've ne'er licensed a stock photo before...
if others want to do same, shall we multi-license same photo or each pick our own...?
all do it on same day...?

Have tried three times now, and never had any success. The link now goes to John's portfolio. Click 'Buy it now', and the loop takes one straight back to this page ... Same goes when clicking on the link posted by Alamy @Alamy

You may need to sign out or clear cookies to prevent that. I get through to an order form myself but I know some people do have problems when signed in as a contributor.

Morning JG:

I was thinking about this one: 2G8C0GB

Ah - you've just sorted the problem in my poor old brain.

I was being sent in a loop when trying to access from the forum, but of course, I can do the same as you will and simply search for the image 🤦‍♀️
