This is the fourth sale of the interior of Bar Luce in Milan, all four shots being taken from the same vantage point - my seat! Surely some kind of record (albeit a weird one...)!

That's a lot. Vancouver usually has the highest gas prices in Canada, but I guess we don't compare with your side of the pond. I was in Montreal earlier this month and gas was about $1.20 per litre, substantially lower than in Vancouver.

Public transit and walking are definitely the best ways to get around. A bus or SkyTrain (part elevated train and part subway) ticket for seniors is about $1.50 US ($1.95 CAN) in Vancouver.

Excellent choice of subjects, Bill. Congratulations. Gas was almost $1.60 per litre in Vancouver yesterday, so "10 KL from home" would be very expensive indeed here. You obviously meant 10 KM from home.  B)

P.S. I want an electric car.

I'm not sure if you want to hear this but here in Calgary, it's 91 cents per litre or about 87 cents with a coupon

Guess I'll have to consider moving to the soon-to-be Republic of Alberta if I can't afford an electric vehicle. 😶

After a bit of a quiet period, this image captured in the lively Latin Quarter (Quartier Latin) of Montreal, Quebec, showed up on Friday. It was zoomed in September. Retail book use, decent mid $$, exclusive to Alamy. Took it with my Sony NEX-6 and Sony 18-55 lens.

Two more sales in today, plus a credit/re-invoice at a greater amount of a Meghan wedding TV image is making me feel very positive at the moment. October is looking likely to be a third good month in a row.
