Alex Todd
I had the same thing the last two days. Zooms are through the floor this month anyway so didn't bother to report it.
Kathy deWitt
Thanks for mentioning this problem David. Measures hasn't consistently gone to the 'server error' page when I've tried to access it over the past couple of days but it has happened many times. I managed to use it to check search terms if I kept on trying. losdemas
Had just one or two occasional errors, but they have disappeared upon page refresh.
Niels Quist
No problem of the kind here. But today some searches in All of Alamy return this: Server Error in '/Customersearch' Application. Invalid postback or callback argument.

Bryan
Just checked again, and find measures for My Images fine, but can't do search in All of Alamy.
Martin P Wilson
Mine worked last time I tried but the figures for yesterday were unusually low (about 20-25% of a typical weekday). Was looking at individual days this week to check that statement and have had the problem again, refreshed the page and it said no data for that day (Sunday)which is possible but I wonder if they might be in process of restoring data. MariaJ
I keep getting the same error when I try to narrow the search dates in any way, e .g. To see yesterday's activity.
Broad Norfolk
Happens intermittently with me. Hitting the refresh button (F5) I then get a chance to retry and that has been working. However, it appears something is not working right! Jim.

Bryan
Ben unable to search under "My Images" or "All of Alamy" today. Further, my "Your Sales" record has not updated since two sales came in two days ago. They have registered in Sales History, but not elsewhere. John Mitchell
I usually get a server error on my first try but manage to access Measures info on the second or third try. Indigestion perhaps?
M.Chapman
I am finding it highly unreliable Me too. Works one minute, fails the next, then works again, apparently even with same settings (date range etc.). Weird. Using Google Chrome on Windows 7. MariaJ
I'm still getting the error. I'm on a Mac and use Safari but I just checked and its the same problem on Firefox. I can't narrow down the information by date, by zooms, or anything, without getting the error.
Duncan_Andison
Same here. The error has been there for about the same time as David. This needs to be sorted really, cannot check what's going on anymore.
