You have reminded me of a New York City accountant who used to do the taxes for people in the entertainment business. His office was full of stuffed animal heads... not because he would ever hurt an animal but because he thought animals were so very beautiful. His niece is now my accountant. She worked side by side with her uncle while he lived and then continued with his clients after he died. When she got an office of her own one of her clients gave her a stuffed stuffed animal head to mount on her wall. It was a bit of a tribute to her uncle. But that is just me, not going to judge others. You remind me of me. As a teenager, I went with my boyfriend (future husband) and his best friend target shooting in the countryside. I was just along for the ride. I thought they’d be shooting at tin cans. No. They began shooting at birds. I begged them to stop, they refused. Ended up with me in total hysterics. They stopped before any birds were killed. My boyfriend didn’t speak to me for a week because I embarrassed him in front of his macho friend. I must’ve rubbed off on him. He went hunting for quail after we were married. He shot one. He went to retrieve it & it was still alive, looking up at him. It tore him up emotionally. He never hunted again except with his camera. 3

The Blinking Eye
Holy cow. Licensed two photos yesterday for $$$ each. My highest sales yet, and two on the same day! Photos were uploaded in 2019 of an abandoned building! Not particularly difficult to shoot on a beautiful day, but I supposed not many photographers wander through Eastern Minnesota to get some shots of a former mental hospital. No effort goes wasted.
