According to their website, it took 100 people, 3 years to build it. It was built for the 1964 New York World's Fair. It even alternates from daytime to nighttime and has jets taking off and landing at LaGuardia Airport (on a wire). I spent a long time there with my kids and have even gone back on other trips to NYC https://queensmuseum.org/2013/10/panorama-of-the-city-of-new-york Amazing. I absolutely can’t remember the last time Echo nipped. Years. And when she did, it didn’t break the skin. Bogie, on the other hand, went for the bone and ER visit. Even though I found him a new home after Bob passed, I still miss him, ornery as he was. His talking ability, in my voice, was exceptional. He developed jealousy against me because he was bonded to Bob, and that biting behavior became ingrained. When I put Echo on my shoulder to ride around while I’m doing chores, she’s so thrilled she keeps kissing me on the cheek with sweet ‘smack’ sounds.

Ed Rooney
Echo has a sweet look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1q4TEL-K_zQ This is the kind of guitar I played, Spanish finger-style classical. No pick. This number is part of one of my ex-stepson's. Hanny's singing here. The guitarist is a guy in Barcelona. I like this number but the album was directionless. I didn't just lose that pen; I lost everything. Edited November 9, 2021 by Ed Rooney
