Hi Betty, I've had one or two 'personal' sales of similar types of image. They have always been refunded when the buyer realizes that they are only receiving a photograph and not the actual medication which they imagined they were ordering. At first I assumed it was a refund, but actually they had bought a second license. I felt sorry for the buyer if they were really looking for the medication.
