  4. Refund! . . . . . expecting it to reappear soon as I know it's been used! ☹️ . . . and back in again at the exact same price! πŸ™„
  5. Similar thing with me, sold an image with a PU licence back in July and discovered it was being used on several websites and facebook to promote a theatre production in The Hague. I've emailed Alamy several times now and just get a reply saying the "case is still open" and "With these cases they can take a while to investigate as we rely on the customer responding to our infringement team. I will let you know as soon as we have an outcome.". πŸ˜•
  6. What I was thinking as well, I suspect the coding is using only 6 digits of a 7 digit image reference and therefore not finding it!
  7. Reported a PU sale to Alamy just over 5 weeks ago when I discovered it being used on several websites and facebook to advertise a theatre show in the Netherlands running for 4 nights starting later this week, admission price €12,50. Chased Alamy up 3 weeks ago and got the reply that "Our team are still looking into this – we’ll get in touch when we have further information. ". . . . . . . . I suspect the infringer is simply not replying, though I live in hope! 😟
  8. Marb, might be worth going back through all your keywords, I had a quick look at the first page or two of your portfolio and some obvious keywords are missing. I'd include the latin names of plants or animals as in your frog photos T084W7 and T0NNTM, and in TRCMT4 and TRCMTG it should be 'loaves' rather than 'loafes'. regards Alan
  9. Yes, just checked batches I tagged on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and neither are showing up in searches.
  10. Dear all I'm a bit snowed under at the moment so I'll have to finish my stint checking The Times each day, but if anyone else would like to take over, feel free πŸ‘ Alan
