Have you found any Alamy images in April 2019

Cheers Kay, Christine and Douglas, appreciate the feedback!

Fraid the Live News debacle has reduced my enthusiasm for spotting photos, so won't be contributing so much in future.

Your disillusionment is all too understandable and the loss of your contribution to the images found forum is a significant blow to us all. Alamy seems to have chucked out a lot more babies with the bathwater than they perhaps anticipated, and your valuable contribution is just one of them. Shame, Alamy, shame, especially since the degradation of Live News was almost entirely of your own making.

I will pore over the pages of the print edition of the Times when I pick it up later in the day and see if I can spot anything Alamy, but I can't pretend to match the prompt and and comprehensive service you have provided us for so long. I hope against hope that your heart will soften and occasion your return to the task, even if it is not what than Alamy deserves.

That will be a great loss, so I hope that you will continue to contribute.

Alamy have got better, but I remember you spotting 3 of my images use in a national newspaper that failed to report the usage. Alamy didn't spot them either but 6 months later I was able to chase it up. Without your diligence I would never have known that the images had been used.

Oh no. 😭 My only hope of ever finding Times pics (since the Murdoch publications aren't on PressReader).

But I can totally understand your decision, I probably won't say more than that publicly.

And it must have been a lot of effort going though these papers and posting the results - many thanks for all your work, much appreciated!

Thanks Bryan and everyone who has contributed to the found images, it has allowed me to chase uses which the newspapers didn't report/pay.

I didn't get that many but whenever you reported one of mine you brightened my day. Thanks for all your efforts. Your contributions will be sadly missed but totally understandable. Slange

Bryan, just echoing others thoughts, you're a great asset here, and have put in a massive effort purely to help others on these forums - my hearfelt thanks for this.

Equally, I fully understand your decision and the reasons that led you to make it.
