They have made up a good percentage of my income over the last couple of years but I haven't had any for a worryingly long time. Have they dried up completely or is it just me? It's good to hear some people (Ian) are still getting them and they haven't simply stopped for some reason. A couple of years ago I had four big Japanese sales on New Year's Eve. Fingers crossed. Editorial sales in Japan nearly all good. As they are in much of Northern Europe and USA. United Kingdom: rubbish. How did we let this happen? Polish are masters of miracles - we earn not much, but buy a lot, money is coming from nowhere and we can afford everything (after last global financial analysis) As I remember, Jan. is one of the worst months? So 40% to Alamy and 40% to the Japanese agent, left very little for me. Still something is better than nothing when we no longer have to provide mounted prints to sell.
