ChrisC Posted April 10, 2021 Share Posted April 10, 2021 (edited) Just a reminder, I've just realised it's April, so I can opt out of Novel Use along with anyone else, (even though I didn't realise I'd signed up). I'm also in "Distribution" and "Image Options" I know distribution can be low, but has anyone any positive experiences, or any Territories or Countries that would be advisable to definitely opt out of. Image Options hasn't affected me yet, but Alamy says they will e-meil about this, so again if anyone has any advice on this for the rest of us, please let us know? Distribution sales account for about 20% of my sales volume in the last 12 months, a fair few netting more than some direct sales, so I'd say get in there!!!! P.S. Still not crazy about certain aspects of PU (namely file size and refunds). However, volume of these types of licenses has increased, and it's proving to be an OK-ish market.
