David Hewison
Are there still issues, I have batches up for 7 days now with no answer.. maybe I'm in the sinbin?
Phil Preston
Are there still issues, I have batches up for 7 days now with no answer.. maybe I'm in the sinbin? I uploaded a batch on the afternoon of new years eve and they passed QC yesterday. Normally, I get a result within 24/36 hours, so guess they may still be catching up with the backlog from Xmas holidays.

The prospect of 30 days in the dog box frightens me! lol
