wiskerke
Ah umbrellas in boats! I can do those. Winter in the Netherlands as we like to think of it. Ice skaters in front of five of the 19 windmills at Kinderdijk, UNESCO World Heritage Site. And the same in Amsterdam, unfortunately getting rare. The Prinsengracht Canal in front of the Westertoren, the landmark clock tower overlooking the Jordaan area to the left. UNESCO World Heritage Site. Rain on an Amsterdam Canal. More rain in Amsterdam. We generally have British weather - just one day later. Storm is coming. Green River, Utah. Near Omarama New Zealand. You know what they say about New Zealand weather: four seasons in a day. More of that. Sudden summer rainstorm over Lake Tekapo New Zealand. And even more NZ: Cruising Doubtful Sound / Patea. UNESCO World Heritage Site. Rainbow from the Hollywood Sign to downtown Los Angeles. View from Hollywood Bowl Overlook. wim edit: Alamy ref#: CTJ4JY EDNF88 EPHHPC CTX77H BG4T48 E8X8D2 ED3NM2 EGH5WB FFJBFM Edited May 11, 2023 by wiskerke Alamy ref# 2

I wonder what Alamy expect with respect to Twitter, I see some are just posting long lists of image refs, no images to see, whereas I would have thought that they would be keen to display content from their photographers on Twitter. There is a direct way to Tweet images from the image details page, perhaps that is the way, adding #AlamyPOTM of course.

Hi Harry, Although it's nice for all to see the actual images everyone's submitting, it's actually really helpful for us to get the image IDs, as ultimately, we add all the images to our lightbox which is then shared on twitter and with customers at the end of each month. Which ever way you decide to submit, we enjoy receiving the entries and curating the resulting lightbox! Thanks, Louise

Thanks, Louise Thanks for clearing that up Louise, I hardly ever tweet so not really sure of the etiquette, in fact I see that the last time of any significance was September 2019, and that was POTM also!
