It was hard not to add a second 8 to the 8 finals this month. Thank you all for your contributions.

And thank you to Michael V, who again helped me with the tech issues.

Thank you for including Giraffe Manor. What a dream it was to stay there. I was in tears when I had to leave. I doubt the image can compete with the others but it is happy news to find it here.

Not half it can't! A giraffe that looks like it's walking through a Cotswolds village?  Surreal. It's outstanding.

I am surprised that Gen's image has not had more votes. It takes effort to produce that effect and it sums up Australia to a "T".  It cannot be mistaken for anywhere else in the world.

Guess which image I voted for.

YES! YES! I agree others are just as good in their own way but I could only vote for one.

OH! And thank you to the person who has voted for my image.🙂

disclaimer, i wasn't the one who voted for your image, it was my runner up,  but it made me stop because it did capture the essence of "Landmark"  in a i would love to meander and come upon that.  Geneviève's image is a great stock photo, which i actually give points in these monthly contests.

Wim is the clear winner of the March 2022 Challenge! His was a perfectly executed capture of a major landmark. Congratulations, Wim. The baton is now in your hands.

Thank you to the voters and the other 7 finalists. I tried to make each pick for a different reason. And of course I had to like each of  them.

Thank you all!

Just seeing this.

I remember thinking yesterday: I should prepare some topic. Just in case.

Ouch. Gimme me a minute.

What do you think: some everyday thing?

Something current like war and peace?

Or just peace? 😂

Maybe not.
