This was SO tough, so many more deserving to make the cut but these are my final 8....don't hate on me.  Loved so many more.

Thank you for choosing my sweet penguins... They could walk faster than I could so I can't say I walk slowly because of my short legs.

Looks like you're the winner, Martin. Congratulations!

I would feel comfortable voting for any of the other 7. I didn't vote for my own. I voted for Colin's image. I loved the energy and attitude of the dog and the woman in their spirited walk on the beach. Good work, everyone.

Wow, a bit lost for words.

Thank you everyone.

I didn't think you were allowed to vote if you were in the final eight. If I knew you could, I would have voted for Kumar's pic, which would have made it interesting!

Not sure of the protocol now. Do I just crack on and get a new challenge sorted or do I have to wait for Michael to pass the tiara over?

Hi Martin! Yes anyone can vote, just bad form to vote for one’s own photo. Congrats! If this were a walking race, you won by a toe! So it is over to you to pick the next challenge subject, the crown is yours!

Okey doke, I'll have a think, it was lucky that Wim posted the list of previous challenges last month.

I'll try and get it sorted tomorrow after work

Me too, Ed. I loved all the legs at 'full extension'.
