Edit: With my non-existant knowledge of tech, I was unable to post pic. Apologies for my lack of intelligence!

Find Alamy ref no of image you want to display on forum.

On Alamy page enter number which brings up your image

This takes you to page with larger image and sales details etc.

Right click on image and click on “Copy image address.

Now go to forum page and click in box to “Reply to this topic”. This opens box to take content.

Along top edge you will see small picture under smiley. Hover pointer over this and the word “Image” appears.

Click on the box containing the image.

This brings up another box “Image properties”. Click in box under URL and paste the image address you copied earlier in there. Clickon “OK”

Your image will magically appear on the forum page.

Hope this helps.

It takes longer to write than to do.

I've been dragging and dropping the preview image lately with good results although the sizing doesn't seem to come out well on verticals.

LOL, yeah, I preferred this one, if I'm honest, although the sunrise pic is quite nice.  Thanks again. :)
