So this month started well with a few decent sales low $$$, high $$, mid $$ along with the normal cut price garbage. Then there appeared a $25 lease, which was refunded the very same day. Nowt wrong with it, it has sold before. Then there was a gap of 6 days with nothing This morning "Other fees" made an unwelcome appearance, if only for -$0.37 Then this afternoon appears a $26 lease, things looking up ? Until this past week, I've been limping along with a CTR in the 40% area with about 10 or 15 zooms showing. John Mitchell Posted February 14 Share Posted February 14 (edited) I seem to have a DOWN happening. My CTR graph has dropped from 1.18 last month to 0.39, and I have only seven zooms showing for Feb. However, I have a 11 sales, which is good for mid-month. Zooms, etc. can get "topped up" out of the blue, I find. Moral of the story: don't pay much attention to Measures.
