Thanks, davidhu. Looks like this may well be my first sale under the revised (revoked and removed) UKNS. Expecting huge volumes of pennies to winging my way soon. :)

After much searching, I have had to concede defeat on the one image in this article ... maybe the author will recognise it !!

It's available on A***e stock. Can't see it here. Maybe just an error in the tagline?

Quite possibly an error in the tag line ... it wouldn't be the first time !!

I'm not convinced it's a mistake. I have had one of mine published in the mail from today's news that was again just attributed to alamy. I thought I recognised it then had to double check to make sure. I don't know why they aren't attributing the contributor as well.

The BBC and Sun normally only credit Alamy, probably others as well.

Contributors are generally only credited in The Times if their pseudo appears within the image description, which normally means a live news contribution. This is not always the case however, occasionally live news contributors are not credited. I don't know if there is a legal obligation involved here or just custom and practice.

the reason I brought it up though is because it’s the first time I’ve seen the mail not credit the alamy contributor for live news. I like to look particularly after I’ve been to an event to see who got their photos in, and they have always in my experience credit contrib / alamy live news
