This image of Montezuma Castle National Monument, Camp Verde, Arizona, Image ID 2X9FFF7, is currently waiting in QC. It is a cliff dwelling built by the Sinagua people around 900 years ago. I trust it will pass QC and assuming it does, I hope you consider it along with other ancient monuments. Thanks.

Another of Montezuma Castle, Camp Verde, Arizona.

Although it  is a cliff dwelling built by the Sinagua people around 900 years ago, it was mistakenly named for the famous Aztec emperor in 1860 since the public at the time identified all such archeological sites with the Aztecs. It was more like an apartment building, what you'd call flats, than a castle.
