I have baby robins but I don't think I want to compete with yours, Betty. I love the attitude. Fortunately, I have lots of other baby animals. Paulette

Thanks John, it was mentioned in a line below the sample images. I've just moved it to a more noticeable position.

A shame corporate doesn’t kick in their share so he could get the whole $10. -
Hi there Jeffrey, Have licensed the image this morning. It was a great idea to do this
-
Hi, Sprocket. I think you need to mention the three images max rule and closing date/time for the challenge.

I'm trying to stay away from this but today's just can't be beat: Insect on a block of wood, Stuttgart, Germany followed by the wonderful: Two insects on a block of wood, Stuttgart, Germany (one of which isn't an insect, or even a spider, it's a harvestman -Weberknecht in German if you want to get the caption right for all the German front pages. And they're both out of focus)

As spring has finally arrived (at least for those of us in the northern hemisphere) it seems appropriate that the subject for May's challenge should be New Life. This might be seasonal wildlife such as blossom, tadpoles or ducklings in a local park, or you could interpret it to include people embarking on a new stage in life, such as starting school, getting married or emigrating. As usual, three entries per person, the photos must be from your Alamy portfolio and the closing date is midnight BST on 31 May. Here are a few examples to get the ball rolling... Peacock Butterfly (Inachis io) emerging from pupa, Malcolm Schuyl Bramley apple blossom Common Frog among frog spawn, david tipling Students arriving at university, Wadham College, Oxford.
