Example, one of yours "Jacksonville, Florida, USA. 26th Jul, 2024." followed by the headline and description. The only changes to the dateline would be (modified from the AP stylebook) They still use all caps for the city name, I don't. Also you can use the state abbreviation and save some space, and yes you can keep the USA if you feel it's necessary. Use standard numbers in the date, not 1st, 2nd. Another personal choice is you could use Oct. instead of October. Personal preferences leave you with some choices, but the essential, that I'd suggest, is follow the AP style as follows.

New York, NY - October 1, 2025: or New York, NY USA - October 1, 2025:

Then the body of the press release should follow the Dateline. Your usual who, what, where, why, when, by what attribution. Not all is necessary, but that's what is included. Because this is news, you aren't adding art and creative words, just factual information about the event, and subject.

Here's one of mine and I don't claim to be perfect, but this fits the style and works. Also there is a caption character limit.

The event name, (I like to include sponsors because they are important) location. What is going on in the photo and who. I don't always include the home town of every person. This was just one weekend. Sometimes I include the car Mfg. or the team name. It's a matter of what digital data I start with for each event. That also lends itself to various searches, if someone was looking for the team name or the name of the car maker.

This is Editorial, not art. All of my photos like this are marked for Editorial Use Only.

I have used BreezeBrowser Pro for many years, it's a pay software, but since I own it, and it works, I've become familiar with the mechanics and features, and very happy. What I like over bridge is, I have created keyword lists or for a particular set, I can save essentials in a XMP file, which I can add or merge into images. If someone is looking for a photo of an automobile, and I want them to see mine, why would they want to see a macro, an illustration, or a scenic waterfall?
