geogphotos
Do you all know about the Portsmouth Sinfonia? There's lots more! The only rule was that you could not perform on an instrument that you could actually play. Edited March 19, 2020 by geogphotos

geogphotos
Ah, but ideally the name of the band should suggest the type of music 'Chromatic abberation' experimental electronic music similar to Kraftwerk? The 'Wide Angles' are an acoustic Celtic folk band. 'Circles of Confusion' I have as 1960s psychedelia Edited March 20, 2020 by geogphotos

Ed Rooney
I don't play anything now, but I used to play trumpet, trap drums, standup bass, Spanish guitar, sing, and I'm a composer. So I guess I'll be the conductor. Has anybody got one of those little stick to wave about? If everyone agrees that I should be in total charge, we should call the band The Ed Rooney Symphonic Jazz Orchestra.

Ed Rooney
The Roonettes? I like the sound of that. But maybe, because we might try one or two classical pieces, it should be The Edward P. Roonettes?
