Tineye is normally the most efficient as it will typically lead directly to the image on Alamy. If the photo is well described and of an obscure subject, then an Alamy search will often quickly find it. Google tends to be my weapon of last resort, as it generally only finds a series of Alamy images from which further searches have to be conducted.
