I had a quick look (blimey, I've got too much time on my hands - back to keywording after this!)  The exact position of the story is http://www.bbc.co.uk/i/b03j4x8b/?t=25m26s and they use two images the first of which is a cutout which could be this one.  Difficult to say, but on balance, I'd say yes - well found, Sprocket!

If you can find the programme and transmission details it will be worth quite a lot as you can claim from DACS.
