Sometimes I’m too focused on the subject & don’t even see myself until developing.  As far as model release, there is property in the image with no release so I would imagine signing one for myself would be futile.

There are times when it is impossible to avoid a reflection of oneself but can usually take the reflection out or disguise it.

I would definitely put one person, whether yourself or someone else. However, it's hard to tell from what I can see here, but I wonder if there are additional people near that building far left or sat in parked cars?

I wrote a release for myself.   It's been licensed once during my first round with Alamy.

I usually position myself to avoid window reflections, and if a tricky one shoot diagonally. Not so photographing someone wearing mirror glasses. Today I shot a woman at a very busy coronation street party, and when quickly editing for a live news upload binned that shot. My reflection was clearly obvious in her glasses and there was no time to attempt removing it for later stock. Shame, it would have been a good one otherwise.
