edit: According to DK this is came out in 2021.

I'm guessing you meant this one. I only have the Epub not a paper edition.

 

edit2: Hence no Alamy image refs. There are no page numbers in the epub. And not all images made it into the epub edition. (Mine didn't.)

No, that’s all my fault. Trying to upload three different news lots in one morning  - that one an impromptu and unplanned one so no preworded captions - and in my haste I made all of the typos. Good actually that they used it exactly as it was given. 😚

edit: According to DK this is came out in 2021.

I'm guessing you meant this one. I only have the Epub not a paper edition.

 

edit2: Hence no Alamy image refs. There are no page numbers in the epub. And not all images made it into the epub edition. (Mine didn't.)

Not sure I can help you with that as you need to copy the image address into your post using the Insert image from URL button. This means lifting from an existing web site or uploading to a file sharing app that allows you to copy the address.
