Wonderful.  I'm guessing here- I know High Speed Ektachrome was a bit muted but here it's as if it knew it was supposed to be extra drab.

There's even an Austin Allegro.

He's been one of my favourites for many years.

 

Much of his work is in black and white, very graphic. Love his personal work from travels in Africa.

 

I bought the book with these Glasgow photographs when it came out about 3 to 4 years ago. Glad I did.

I love the boy against the shutter. Knowing the story behind his sorrow only adds to the anguish one feels for him. I do hope his mother got well again. These are my people and my city and he captured them brilliantly.
