Question

Hi All, I know that August is a wicked month but my CTR has taken a nosedive. It has gone below .40 for the first time in years. Anyone else experiencing a drop in libido and flaccidity in this area? ;-)

My CTR has been volatile since the beginning of the pandemic. My CTR graph, which is usually very consistent, now goes up and down like a yo-yo. A few days ago, it was totally down in the dumps. Now, after a few zooms, it has rocketed to 0.96 (1.6 yesterday). My guess is that it will settle down to normal by the end of the month. Signs of these strange times, I guess...

My CTR is super strong right now and zooms are very strong but my sales are in the proverbial toilet.  I am hoping that some of these zooms translate into sales.

My zooms are anemic again this month. Sales and prices somewhat below average as well. Two refunds today, but one (TV use) was resold at a slightly lower price, which could have been worse. Odd times these...

Same here, but it's too early for me to worry yet as most of my sales usually drop in near the month end.

CTR rolling average is .57. But this month languishing in the doldrums at a lowly .26. Month has turned into a washout so far, except a small light at the end of the tunnel, first 2 (small) sales of the month dropped in yesterday. No large sales this year for me, my average is just over $10 per picture. But I keep dreaming of the big one $$$...

So far this month no sales and one zoom which is worrying considering the number of views!! My CTR has nosedived but what exacerbates this is that on a couple of days a large amount of views occurred in two areas where I 'specialise' in travel and have no option but to tag the location otherwise it's worthless. It's happened before and over time it has levelled itself out - the only way is up....

Never been better. Good sales in the last couple of months to match.

My graph did the same thing a few days ago. I believe it's called 'fibrillation'. 😆

Similar situation last month -- my CTR graph shot way up after a series of zooms and then gradually worked its way back to normal. In my case, I believe that this phenomenon has to do with my getting fewer zooms that tend to come in small batches with dry periods between them. This seems to be the pattern now. In "pre-pandemic" days, my zooms were more consistent.

Often referred to as the Sildenafil effect, I believe! 😉
