tarsierspectral
I just received an e-mail that Alamy has paid me but the amount doesn't correspond to the amount that's in the dashboard. Is that normal? I never really paid attention before so I'm not sure if I should be concerned. Thanks!
Phil Robinson
It should correspond with the cleared amount on the 1st of the month. That's the cutoff and sometimes the total creeps up a bit before the payment actually goes through.
vpics
Might be good to check the amounts in "Balance of Account". It could well be that some money will be carried over to April.
John Mitchell
Same thing happened to me. Apparently, some money cleared over the weekend. It shows in the "Current Cleared Balance" total on my dashboard, but not in the amount that I'll actually get paid for March. The additional cleared funds have now, it seems, been moved into April. Not sure if this is "normal," but it's always a bit disappointing when it occurs.
tarsierspectral
I guess I just need to make sure that the difference shows up on the next server update. Thanks
Niels Quist
I am in the same situation - $ 63 difference.
Michael Ventura
Yes, this happens every so often. The difference should carry over to April. I think Phil is correct on the reason.
wiskerke
All especially true when the end of the month is a weekend. wim
John Mitchell
Yes, this happens every so often. The difference should carry over to April. I think Phil is correct on the reason. However, I think the cutoff point must be the last day of the month. I had a small amount clear on April 1st, and it has been carried over. And, yes, a weekend at the end of the month always messes things up somewhat.
