Bryan
What is going on here? All these figures refer to a single image. 19/5/2017 5.87 -4.11 1.76 20/5/2017 0.00 0.16 0.16 20/5/2017 -0.53 0.00 -0.53 20/5/2017 0.00 0.21 0.21 Distributor licence for 5.87 of which I receive 1.76 Further payment of 0.16 that I receive Refund of 0.53 which is deducted from my income Further payment of 0.21 that I receive That gives me 1.76 + 0.16 - 0.53 + 0.21 = 1.60 or 27% of original sale. OK, for the amount involved, not worth getting bothered.....

Pearl
Is it some sort of currency adjustment perhaps? Never seen anything like it before and I've had my share of refunds. Pearl
York Photographer
Is it some sort of currency adjustment perhaps? Never seen anything like it before and I've had my share of refunds. Pearl That sounds like a plausible explanation, fluctuations in exchange rates between first reported sale and amendments

Bryan
It's interesting that I appear to have been singled out for this treatment, must be something I said or a repayment for a past misdeed. It's a lease to a customer in the Czech republic, and maybe there aren't too many of them, so perhaps it was a currency thing. The currency is the Koruna, I've just looked it up. Appropriately enough, it's a photo of a British high street bank.
DJ Myford
I had one to the same country for the same final price, but it got there without any adjustments. It's listed as a bulk discount, so perhaps mine (and possibly others) were added after yours was processed, changing the price per image. Edit: it was also on the 19th, and the gross price was 5.33, so it works out to 30% as expected.
