The story highlights the fact that the Professionals Australia Survey of 432 women reveals that they have a low expectation of being in the same job in five years time. The survey revealed that they believe that a lack of career advancement opportunities, professional development, work / life balance and retirement savings refinforce their belief that a lack of equal opportunity are major factors to be overcome.
