Bryan
The walk from Grasmere to Rydal must be one of the most popular in the English Lake District, normally it's the pedestrian equivalent of a busy motorway. On this day only the scurrying figure of my wife, bored with photography, is seen disappearing into the distance.

John Richmond
I'll pop in two now the month draws to a close. Camellia x williamsii 'Jury's Yellow'. Two flowers aligned to give me a side and frontal view. Helophilus pendulus. The first stacked macro shot I've submitted. The hoverfly was resting on a leaf in my garden and didn't move when I took 3 shots with 3 focus planes. It then flew off - but I had the shots to stack to give a greater depth of field.
