VIDRA Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 One of my image was sold by the Alamy August 11, 2013 to a well-known newspaper but at present it still does not appear in my "Summary of items sold." After several requests for verification, the last on January 17, 2014, the situation has not yet been resolved, and the service responds in very general terms that "we're awaiting confirmation usage reports from the customer. I think particular companies tend to be late payers. It's unacceptable. Another agency I submit to stipulate that you'll never wait more than 60 days for payment.
