Sally Robertson Posted January 17 Share Posted January 17 This was taken in December 2019 when much of Australia was experiencing catastrophic fires. Although eastern Australia was the worst hit, we still had them in the west. In this one a young family are looking out to the ocean under the glow of smoke haze from a bushfire to the north. There was a great sense of vulnerability about the future and this photo reminds me of that. A father and son watching a wave break just after coming out of the water.
