Completely cropping out the right side down the walkway works okay - and then changing Colour balance. Any advice appreciated. This 'Floating City' was wiped out later in the 1960s so I am keen to submit as many as I can. I might create a new layer and try and get the boardwalk of the magenta side to match in the new layer, even the eye-dropper might come in handy but moving the centre slider on the magenta channel in 'Levels' might get there. At least it would be quick to see if it had potential. If it works then you can set about blending/combining the two layers, could be just as simple as erasing the top layer on the RHS using a large soft brush, Edit - sorry, by Magenta channel I mean the Green channel. If it is not possible to adjust the colour casts then Phil's suggestion would be my best bet and keep the image whole. I wouldn't think so, I think you'd be surprised. Creating a new layer - easy. Opening 'Levels' (or Levels Adjustment layer ideally) is also easy. Then open Channels, and go to the Green channel rather than RGB and tug that middle slider left/right. If it looks promising you might consider it worth pursuing. Michael Ventura Posted February 12, 2021 Share Posted February 12, 2021 In Adobe Bridge (perhaps Lightroom too) you can open any photo in Camera Raw. Once there, you can use the Adjustment Brush to select a specific area to color correct. You can do that to the other side of the photo too. It is so much easier than it sounds. Convert to LAB and select Lightness channel, which is the B&W element only. Copy that and paste in a new window and convert that back to RGB.
