Thanks for that spot, Russell.  Taken in my own garden.  Fee won't pay for the plants I've lost to that menace and it's extended family but it's a start :(

You're welcome John. My fight is against sawflies!

This is a fascinating thread / Topic -  thanks to contributors.

Is this the most effective way that fellow members use to check through - say - use of Alamy stock photos in News/Social Media/Print etc on the day, week, months after submission - especially with News Pix ?

I had an Alamy sale last year in a national newspaper online edition but it was only through my own google type search that I happily realised - several weeks later - that one of my pix had been used. I think I understand the historic delay in Papers settling usage payments to say Alamy ... but did wonder if there are any clever tips members can share re: searching Internet for Credits.

On a day like Bank Holiday Monday with papers having some online news articles with perhaps 50+ credited images of beaches or the weather - and Live News feed going crazy ... I'm sure we all get a buzz trying to find our name Credit but digital is so different to taking the roll of HP5 into the Fleet Street Picture Desk and agreeing a sale ! and buying the paper the next morning. Oh sorry that was me in 1984 in London.

Thanks again for this discussion in anticipation - very useful
