With this the freedom would vanish from Europe. I have also completed and submitted and would like to encourage all others to do as well, regardless of your current legal situation. Although I have to say I'm a bit confused by the terms EU Commission and European Commission, and whether the possible loss of Freedom of Panorama will apply to EU countries, or to the whole of Europe. There's no suggestion of its removal.The consultation is about extending it to countries which don't have it. The European Commission is the EU's executive. There isn't an "EU Commission".
