Hi, every one
I have question about my balance of account. There is sale, which not added from 30 July 2018 (I don`t find any information about such long terms of waiting for adding payment). Then I had sales on  29 October 2018 which not added according to page Balance of account. Please give me link to this information or just explain here your terms

Thank You very much for Your attentionn

P.S.: I have problem with contacting  contributors@alamy.com (Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender) My hosting mail master (I have own web with e-mail box) said that it`s because of some settings  of alamy mail system. So I can not ask directly and that`s why write here. It would be great if I will solve two problems in one time  ;)

We're sorry to hear you have not been able to contact our Contributor Relations Team. We have passed this on to them so they can try and get in touch with you instead.

I'm certainly no expert in email systems, and I haven't looked at the links referenced above, but I would guess that your emails are being blocked by a spam prevention system. If this is the case, it is likely that the IP address you have is listed in a bulk batch used by your ISP, and that you are being blacklisted because someone else in that batch of computers (which can include thousands), is sending bulk emails out which have been marked up as spam. If you are on such a list, then these blacklists are usually temporary and refreshed frequently (daily?). If you are lucky enough to have an ISP who have good customer services, then get in touch with them, explain the situation and (if you can) send them a copy of what you have posted above. They should be able to help out. Sadly, customer service in such situations is almost non-existent, these days.  Best of luck.

That is exactly what's happening. It's all explained in the links. As Danny says, you need to get in touch with your ISP. Only they can sort this out. Sadly there are too many ISPs these days that can't be bothered.

When choosing my ISP I specifically looked for one that could offer a static IP address (i.e. one dedicated to my line only) partly for this reason. The fact that I've been with them since 2002 suggests I'm happy with the service!

I had a similar problem some time ago. Could receive email but sent mails were just lost in the ether. Recipient did not receive and there was no return message.

The solution at the time was to use the email servers webmail. A bit convoluted but I was able to send emails and recipients received them.

Still have and use that address from time to time but for convenience sake I opened a new email address with GMail and use that most of the time.

There's usually a form in there somewhere to ask for de-listing.
