Sultanpepa
I had one like that on the 11th. No idea why the refund and resale happened. Some sort of invoice mistake probably.
Nigel Kirby
Has the start date and end date had been changed? I had similar last month Nigel
Doc
These things happen frequently - Alamy tells us its due to their transparent sales policy and speedy reporting of sales so we see sales happening in real time - presumably reflects whats happening on the ground regarding selling images At least it was resold, and not at a lower price! Cryptoprocta
I'm intrugued by this amazing coincidence: 29 June 2017 Country: United Kingdom Usage: Editorial Media: Newspaper - national Print run: up to 750,000 Placement: Inside and online Image Size: 1/4 page Start: 01 May 2017 End: 02 May 2017 One use in a single editorial or advertorial article used within web versions of titles from the same group. Digital usage includes archive rights for the lifetime of the article. $ 6.23 (05 July 2017) Sale Refunded $ -6.23 05 July 2017 (same file) Country: Worldwide Usage: Editorial Media: Editorial website Industry sector: Media, design & publishing Image Size: Any size Start: 01 May 2017 End: 01 May 2022 One use in a single editorial or advertorial article used within web versions of titles from the same group. Digital usage includes archive rights for the lifetime of the article. $ 6.31 So ~ someone reported this usage on 1st May on 29th of June. On 5th July that sale was refunded (despite apparently having been used 1/2 May) and co-incidentally on the very same day someone else bought exactly the same file, out of 1,537 photos of that subject, for a different use and for five extra years, for eight extra cents. It beggars belief!

spacecadet
The apparent price difference is a currency movement. It's the same sterling price.
