To be honest it's almost impossible to tell from that image. There is no clear view of the banding on the back, and the face is obscured by the Alamy copyright notice. There's also no indication of size - it could also be a Garden or a Heath bumble, all have a similar banded abdomen.

Looks very much like a Field Scabious. (Knuatia arvensus.)

Although looking through the information provided above in the links it could most likely be the White tailed.
