hpbfotos
Hello to all of you. I love landscape photography and that is what most of my shots are. I am on a few other stock sites, but someone suggested to try Alamy. So here I am. I have uploaded about 200 pictures in the last few weeks. I would appreciate any comments. I wish you all a great day

John Mitchell
"Beautiful British Columbia" -- I've been there. Welcome aboard and good luck, eh! Very nice landscapes. They remind me that I should venture inland more often. I used to live in the Nelson area at one time.
Marianne
Welcome - lovely photos. Just FYI I think that FRT47B is not a barrel cactus.

Gurcharan
Welcome hpbfotos to Alamy Good portfolio. Just a point: whereas your images FRT442, FRT458 and the other three are correctly identified, your first two images FRT475 and FRT47B (labelled same Echinocactus grusonii) actually belong to Opuntia, a much different plant. Hope you will correct it.
Alberto
Welcome from another newbie here. As stated by Marianne and Gurcharan: Opuntia Ficus Indica.
Gurcharan
Not Opuntia ficus-indica though in which spines are very short or almost absent. It should be Opuntia x columbiana http://science.halleyhosting.com/nature/gorge/cactus/polycantha.html
