Lynne Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 The same thing happened to me last week. When they didn't appear after 24 hours, I uploaded them again. The double upload showed up, strangely as one batch rather than two, a few hours later and I deleted the duplicates when they passed QC. Talked to MS who denied that I'd uploaded two batches - despite the exact doubling of same image - and wouldn't even admit to an 'issue' here. Strange people to be sure. Phil Crean Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Upload via all ways has been very odd lately... Also had an upload that took 24 hours to appear via web uploader. Ftp is regularly duplicating files... Using same ftp(filezilla) with other sites and no problem so definitely sommat amiss alamys end.
