How to eliminate newsletter use option

I want to eliminate the newsletter use option that is only $13.99. Anyone know how to do it?

 

Also, it there now no way to contact Alamy staff for questions?

contributors@alamy.com is the email address. I doubt there is any way to eliminate anything besides novel use and distributors.

Make the most of double figure $$ licenses. Out of 18 licenses this month, only 5 are higher than $.

Since Alamy is effectively owned by a group of newspapers, why would they provide that opt out?

I remember when Personal Use (PU) reared its head, here in the U.S. for $19.99. Maybe less in the UK.  A lot of contributors were angry because they (we) thought buyers were misusing it, and some people blocked those, which was useless, because buyers just shifted to something similar that couldn’t be blocked. 
The beginning of the past year or so, those licenses were bringing around $13.99 and less. Then $9.99.  Now the’ve disappeared. At least for me.  I'd love to have them back right now, because I think they’ve been replaced mostly by $1-$5 licenses. Or less.

Granted, we still get the occasional $$ & even more rarely $$$ licenses, but those are just rare enough that when one gets one, it rather shocks one’s pants off. And….there’s not a lot of danger spying a streaker around here.
