New Sale only shows deduction.

This just happened today. Two files, one positive and one negative each, but the numbers don't match up. To the best of my knowledge neither of these have sold before, so not sure why that large deduction, and not sure what it means. Any guidance or help is appreciated.

I also had two sales for $8.96 and two adjustments of -$3.06 today. If your image 2B7R4HF was not sold before I would contact Alamy to check why you have such a large deduction. It might be a mistake?

Same here.  A very quick look at the "sales report download" last night was quite confusing.

 

This mornings dashboard "recent sales" provides a fuller picture and some clarity.

 

It's a normal cancelation and resell action.

 

My sales were from February 2023 and have been canceled and resold for a different price. Never seen it over 12 months before.

 

It is just two business's consolidating their accounts.

This is unwelcome but it is just two business's consolidating their accounts. I wish they had just written it off instead of passing it down the line.

Yes, I have had this confusing thing from Feb. 2023 also. Images from the National Craft Museum in New Delhi.

3 from February; one from March. All came in $5 or $6 higher than the original license.

All still only $.
