hello

how to erase the images that are refused to the quality control and why when a single image has noise for example it is the whole serie which is refused ?

This question has been asked and answered in the forum many times before, if you search the forum for appropriate posts, eg quality control fail, you will find answers to your question.

You don't need to erase them. They will simply remain in AIM as "submission failed".

Alamy should perhaps put a brief pinned post at the top of this thread: "How QC works" and save us all of time! We can then all ignore the "My image failed QC why is my batch rejected' posts

- and if you don't want to see them in the Alamy Image Manager (AIM), you can filter them out in Quality control > Filters > Passed (or Failed if you really want to study these). Top, left in the AIM.

thanks all for your answer, and thank you  Niels Quist for the solution of not seeing the two sets of images failed ( with only an image in each with the with noise :)
