  2. Wow that CA; the sharpening and those smear marks from cleaning the sensor in the upper right hand corner. It would never pass QC with this. And what's that round bubble on the slope just left of the trees on the island? Oops TinEye says it is available on Alamy. But somehow it does not show up when I click on the link from TinEye. With 4,179 images of Maligne Lake I cannot find it by hand. On Firefox searching from the Alamy front page I get: The page isn’t redirecting properly. No results at all. Just a blank page with that warning. No such thing on Chrome. Could be a cookie problem. I have not changed my settings though. It must be at the other end. Let's hope there are no clients using Firefox. Aha now Chrome too says: This page isn’t working www.alamy.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS wim
  3. Here's the list of compatible calibrators from Eizo. AFAIK you need Color Navigator to store the profile in the monitor memory itself. However there is a lot of obfuscation going on, like they would previously claim only the integrated sensor would be doing that. Probably so you would buy the CG in stead of the CS. Is one better than the other? No idea, I have used both hardware and software calibration and never saw any difference. The real difference with the Eizos is that when I see a darker patch in my image it's either in my image or in my eye, but not in my display, like with all the others. Homogeneity of the screen is terrific. My eyes not so much. wim
  4. Deleted. First in Firefox the forum directed me to discussion.alamy.com/admin/install/ and in Chrome it saves but is leaving the edit box open. Let's hope it's just maintenance over the weekend.

  8. The proof is in the sales licenses. And in the order in which they appear in searches. Maybe include some filters, like with people; with or without release. For this particular one, you may have to wait until next winter and the trees are bare again. wim

  10. I missed a step I think: Extensions > Manage Extensions > jKeywording | Stock photo keyword generator - this already has an on-off switch > on > Details But the on-off is repeated at the top in the Details menu. > Pin to toolbar - is one of on-off switches somewhere in the middle of the list: (most lines have a on-off switch at the end of the line; some have a link) jKeywording | Stock photo keyword generator Off/On Description Adds a contextual menu to images for keywording actions on stock photography contributor websites (Alamy, Getty, etc) Version 24.3.15.1 Size < 1 MB Permissions Read your browsing history Display notifications Know your email address Site access This extension can read and change your data on sites. 12. 728,866 images currently on Alamy. At least with that keyword. But the first pages indeed have some good images. Not all: Stunning brunette lady touched by her jealous husband - I guess it may be the exact right description for that market. And there are even searches: 75 for the current rolling year. Some fine examples: stunning images of the world aroundus stunningly nude native tribal women 2AT4N8H HRH wearing a stunning black dress commissioned from All without any result btw. Even when aroundus is corrected. Two for the stunning black dress without the Alamy ref #. (It's the Revenge Dress.) stunning tulips in vase. Result at last! 19 images of not very impressive tulips 12 of which without a vase. Plus 3 videos! Also not very stunning either. Should we all start using stunning fabulous great fantastic amazing? Maybe yes. Especially when AI is going to drive searches also. Which of course it will. wim
