Cost of Photoshop/Lightroom Subscription UK

I've been subscribing to Adobe for the 'Photography Package' for a few years and I'm currently paying around £9 per month. 

 

A friend has just tried on-line to subscribe and it's quoting £20 per month.  This is a massive increase and I'm wondering if he's being quoted for a commercial package rather than single user.

 

Any advice appreciated.

Still showing $9.99 here in US for the photo package with 20GB cloud storage.  He may have priced the package with 1TB.

UK Photo plan pricing is supposed to be unchanged.

He is probably looking at the separate PS subscription, although why anyone would subscribe when you can get the photography package for less and get more is beyond me.

Or the 1TB Photography Plan which is the same price (£19.97 / month).

I get Photoshop Elements for a one-off cost of under £100 and update it every three years or so. It does everything I need.

It does appear that my friend was looking at the business user page.

 

I'm more than happy to pay £9.99 a month for a regularly updated package.  I always have the latest version.
