But then I'm old and boring. 👴 It does nothing to you because the waves are non realistic, it's either the judges have never at a beach or (more likely) the contest is an advertisement to the website that makes ai content. Yes, as Rico pointed out above, the horizontal background waves don't make sense. Anyway, I'd call it an AI mishmash rather than a photograph.
